Services

If you are looking for something to help melt away stress, reduce pain, and calm anxiety, or maybe improve athletic performance, sleep quality, and just feel refreshed with an overall sense of well-being, flotation therapy may be for you.

The float center suite is a unique environment where light, sounds, and temperature sensations are reduced. The reduction of external stimulation inside of the float suite allows you to focus more on what’s happening inside of your body.

Our restorative atmosphere can leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and at ease.  Being weightless in the water can also help decompress the spine and induce a theta brain wave state of ultra-deep relaxation that can help lower cortisol and increase dopamine and endorphins. This soothing environment can accelerate your body’s own ability to heal itself from the over-stimulation of our modern world in a peaceful environment free from disruption and distraction.

Full-Spectrum Sauna Sessions

The Clearlight Sanctuary® three-person Sauna surrounds you with full-spectrum infrared heat. With a contemporary design and groundbreaking innovation, the Clearlight Sanctuary® Sauna is unlike any other. It is the only true Full Spectrum infrared sauna available offering advanced near, mid and far-infrared technologies. The robust True Wave Carbon / Ceramic Far Infrared Heating system provides all wavelengths 100% of the time to optimize your sauna session. The far infrared heaters are located on the back and sidewalls, under the bench, next to your calves with additional full spectrum heaters located on the front wall. All of the infrared heating in the sauna is low EMF and low ELF making it one of the safest saunas available. By comparison, conventional saunas must rely only on direct contact of hot air with the skin to heat the body. Infrared Saunas are best used at temperatures between 100° to 125°F versus 180° to 220°F for traditional hot-air saunas.

Why full-spectrum?

Full-spectrum refers to the entire infrared spectrum: near-infrared, mid-infrared, and far-infrared.

Near-Infrared is the shortest wavelength and will be absorbed just below the surface of the skin creating a sweat that promotes healing and revitalization.

Mid-infrared is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue increasing circulation, releasing oxygen to reach injured areas.

Far infrared is the longest wavelength that penetrates the fat cells causing vasodilation, where the fat cells vibrate to expel toxins, resulting in the greatest levels of detoxification and stimulate your metabolism to aid in weight-loss.
